Translation of Written Texts

As the name suggests, written texts are materials in written form. We are the only translation company in Singapore that never outsources translation work to China, because the English produced there is characteristically Chinglish and cannot convey meaning with the precision that native English-speaking readers require. Nor do we ever use computer software to translate in order to save labour — the accuracy of software can never replace human work. For written materials we count the words of the source text, with punctuation marks counted as words. We normally use the word counter in Microsoft Word. Given our professional level, our rate is S$0.50 per word, with a minimum charge of 1,000 words.
